After connecting the power, perform both forward and reverse movements of the lower roller and the upward and downward movements of the upper roller, and check for any abnormal jamming in each movement. 4. Strictly follow the processing procedure and operation method of the uncoiler coil, and pay close attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roller is lifted to the limit position. 5. After the main transmission stops, the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, the tilting and resetting of the flip bearing, and the lifting of the upper roller can be carried out. 6. If any irregular noise, impact or other abnormal phenomena are found during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. 7. During operation, all personnel should coordinate with each other and follow the instructions of the person in charge of the rolling board. Without a command, it is prohibited to start the machine. 8. When operating the unwinding machine, great attention should be paid to the hand being pressed by the steel plate and the steel plate being rolled in together. 9. When lifting steel plates or drums with a crane, be careful not to collide with the machine. After the work of the uncoiler is completed, ensure that all materials are used up and the site is cleaned up, and do a good job in equipment maintenance and timely turn off the power.
