The leveling main motor adopts a DC motor, and the DC controller adopts products from the British Continental company. It has the characteristics of high automation, high cutting accuracy, stable and reliable performance, and easy operation and maintenance.  & nbsp; According to the different types of metal sheets, common ones include stainless steel slitting machine, steel plate slitting machine, aluminum plate slitting machine, and copper plate slitting machine. The technical parameters to be noted for the horizontal cutting and slitting processing length of the Kaiping machine are as follows:1. Processing thickness: According to customer requirements, the thickness requirements for metal stainless steel plates are also different. Therefore, each leveling machine has upper and lower limits for processing thickness. Exceeding these limits can cause poor shear and even damage to the cutting tools2. Processing weight: Depending on the weight of the customer's coil, the importance of the unwinding machine's load-bearing capacity varies. Therefore, there is generally an upper limit for the unwinding machine. If the steel coil is overweight, the feeding trolley cannot operate and may even cause damage to the oil cylinder;3. Processing width: The width of the coil material varies according to customer requirements and generally has upper and lower limits. If it exceeds the upper limit, it cannot be rolled up, and if it exceeds the lower limit, it cannot be aligned;4. Processing length: The length requirements for processed coil materials are also limited, generally with upper and lower limits. If exceeded, the material cannot be stamped;5. Processing speed: There are also certain requirements for the speed between the various hosts of the entire horizontal cutting line. The speed of threading, uniform speed, and variable speed mainly affect the processing efficiency.
