The import volume of steel coil materials has also been increasing year by year. Therefore, in recent years, the demand for uncoiler in the domestic market has been very high, and the requirements for various indicators of uncoiler are also increasing. The shearing machine is an important equipment on the uncoiler, and the number of shearing strokes of the shearing machine largely determines the productivity of the uncoiler. The edge cutting machine is a disc cutting machine that continuously cuts off the excess edges on both sides of the uncoiled strip to obtain the desired strip width.Usually carried out in the following order:(1) Measure the centerline and elevation, lay the shim, and place the anchor bolts.(2) Lift the base to the set position and use a plumb bob to align it according to the vertical and horizontal center marks on the base and the set centerline. The levelness is measured on the sliding surface of the base, with a positive tolerance taken at the end of the drum. The elevation is measured with the slide facing the reference point. For double cone head or double cylinder head uncoiler, the relative elevation of the two supporting bases should be consistent, and the coordinate height of the later installed supporting base should be based on the elevation of the first installed supporting base, measured with a long level and a spirit level; The centerlines of the two bases should coincide and can be measured based on the side or center markings of the slide.(3) Lift the frame with the drum shaft and reducer onto the base, align the transverse center mark of the reducer with the corresponding mark on the base, hang a plumb bob on the longitudinal centerline of the unwinding machine, align with the center mark of the drum shaft end face and the tail shaft head, and perform initial alignment in both longitudinal and transverse directions. Set up a rocker arm on the drum shaft and accurately find the perpendicularity with the centerline of the unit. Generally, the verticality of the drum shaft can be adjusted using the slide adjustment screws configured on the machine. For the main body of dismantled supply, the bottom frame can be lifted first, and then the segmented casing, transmission gear shaft, and hood can be installed. When installing the lower casing of the reducer, align it with the boring hole as the reference. Use a spirit level to find horizontal alignment, and check and adjust the clearance between the gear shaft bearings and the gear meshing clearance. Install the drum horizontally onto the hollow shaft of the reducer and fix it in place. Check the levelness on the drum and use the rocker arm rotation method to check the verticality of the drum.(4) Install hydraulic cylinder.(5) Install the electric motor and cooling fan.(6) External support installation generally involves first positioning and initial adjustment of the external support, and then grouting the foundation bolts once. Further fine tune the external support, and after its elevation, center position, and levelness meet the technical requirements, perform secondary grouting.
