& nbsp; The production line for unwinding, leveling, cutting, and palletizing, abbreviated as Kaiping Line, is responsible for straightening and leveling rolled steel plates, cutting them into different lengths according to product needs, stacking them neatly, and loading them for transportation.At present, most of the Kaiping Line adopts automatic control, and the control devices used include the following:[1] Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) has strong anti-interference ability, stable and reliable operation, and many Kaiping lines have adopted PLC control.[2] Industrial control machine, which is commonly seen in the flying shear control of large open-pit production lines.[3] The counter on the Kaiping line is usually used for simple cutting positioning, which is difficult to meet some special requirements raised by users. Analyzing the production process control of Kaiping Line, a regular 8-bit microcontroller is fully capable, mainly solving the two major problems of anti-interference and positioning accuracy.[4] Single chip microcontroller, which is particularly suitable for industrial control, is widely used in many fields such as automobiles, machine tools, and home appliances. Practice has proven that as long as the anti-interference problem is well solved, microcontroller application systems have many advantages compared to industrial control machines and PLCs, such as low cost, flexible output forms, and common faults that users can handle on their own.[5] At Kaiping Line, the length of the workpiece is measured by accumulating the number of pulses output by the pulse encoder. Due to factors such as mechanical inertia, the encoder may experience short-term reversal during startup and braking, so the counting circuit should be reversible. If the running speed of the board is high, hardware counting can be used. Generally, software counting can be used. & nbsp; [6] If any irregular noise, impact or other abnormal phenomena are found during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. During operation, all personnel should coordinate with each other and follow the instructions of the person in charge of the rolling board. Without a command, it is prohibited to start the machine. When carrying out the operation of the Kaiping line, great attention should be paid to the hand being pressed by the steel plate and the steel plate being rolled in together. When lifting steel plates or drums with a crane, be careful not to collide with the machine. After completion, ensure that all materials are used up and the site is cleared, and carry out equipment maintenance and upkeep, promptly turning off the power.
